Since 2002, Macquarie Capital Real Estate has advised on more than 160 completed real estate transactions valued in excess of $US80 billion.

The team provides the full range of corporate advisory and capital raising services, including traditional advisory and mergers and acquisitions services, listed real estate investment trust and real estate company capital raisings, specialist unlisted capital solutions and capital raising services, debt arranging and lending, restructuring and special situations, and specialist global real estate market analysis.

The team has a reputation for successfully advising and arranging capital for large and complex real estate transactions. It has the combined capital markets and real estate skills to deliver clients and investors innovative real estate products and solutions.
